Prista Limited accepts no liability for any statement, inaccuracy or omission on this site. All images are for artistic purposes and may not reflect colour quality or where present token or voucher value.

Prista Limited accepts no liability for any direct, special, indirect or consequential loss or damages of any kind resulting from the use of any information obtained directly or indirectly from this site or for any viruses that may infect your computer equipment or other property on account of your access to, use of, downloading of or browsing in this site. We reserve the right to withdraw any item from sale at any time without notice. We reserve the right to refuse to process any order placed on this site. Orders may not be cancelled by the customer after the item has been posted or the order status has been set to dispatched.

In the event that an order is returned to us by the post office or other courier, an additional postage charge and handling fee will be charged in order that the package may be resent.

Credit card payment

Credit/debit card details are processed by our chosen card processors secure servers and via our own secure domain (https) we do not have access to credit card numbers unless they are expressly given to us by yourselves.

Refunds

An amount equal to 2.5% of the order value (including postage) will be charged on all refunds.  This is necessary to cover credit card processing costs incurred by us.

Postage and packing fees will not be refunded once the item has been sent.

Postage

If the Royal Mail or other courier returns the package to us for any reason then the customer will be liable for the costs of resending and repackaging the the goods.  Resends will not be made until this payment is received.  Our free postage option allows you one 'free' posting of goods, returned items will not be sent out free, they will be charged.

Lost or stolen vouchers

Vouchers and Tokens purchased with our free postage option are not covered by Royal Mail if they are lost in the post and will not be replaced by us.

Vouchers and Tokens purchased with our Recorded Delivery option are not covered if they are lost in the post but in special circumstances  may be replaced at our sole discretion.

Vouchers and Tokens purchased with Special Delivery includes Royal Mail cover, vouchers will be replaced.

Vouchers lost or stolen will not be replaced by us.
